Integration
The MDB delivery process integrates all possible parties within a delivery process - Senders(Vendors)/Couriers/Recipients. The MDB delivery process provides all parties with information relating to the status of a delivery with complete transparency. This approach can help to streamline the delivery process by allowing for a common understanding via evidence, between all parties, in the event of a dispute.
Integrated Platform
Our delivery solution provides integration between senders/vendors, couriers and recipients associated with a delivery. The integrated system provides total transparency of information between parties involved in a delivery process. Through our integrated system, users can access features such as: request an item to be collected/delivered, view transaction receipts, report issues with a delivery they have received, and return an item.
Courier Routing
Our integrated system allows us to map out delivery and collection locations/addresses. We make our map visible to our approved couriers allowing them to optimise their journeys, increasing their efficiency and reducing their emissions.
Encrypted Coding
We supply our approved couriers with encrypted codes allowing them to access your product and make a transaction. This means that only our approved couriers and you are able to unlock your product.
Transaction Receipts
MDB products are fitted with components that record information for each collection/delivery transaction. After each transaction, we send all related parties a transaction receipt which contains bespoke features of a delivery, such as: transaction type (collection/delivery), time & date, courier ID, weight of contents and a video recording. Our transaction receipts prompt you to mark a transaction as successful or unsuccessful to close out a transaction or identify recourse actions.
Aftercare
In the event you are not happy with a transaction and have marked your transaction receipt as unsuccessful, our integrated system provides the ability for you to raise the issue with us. This can be anything from; a missing delivery, damaged delivery, or an incorrect delivery. Because our integrated system connects senders/vendors, couriers and recipients we can report such issues immediately to the concerned parties and achieve the resolution faster.
